About

About

For my eighth grade final project, I was assigned to have three parts:
1. The preposition of a new book that touches on an issue that teens and young adults face today, and the author who would write it.
2. The writing of at least one chapter of the book.
3. The presentation of said book.

For Part 1, I decided to have a book written by Margaret Peterson Haddix, that landed on the topic of  technology abuse and internet addiction. You can read the cover letter here. And you can read the significance of said link here.

For Part 2, you can read the chapter here.

This would happen to be the extra credit for Part 3.

On Neural Networks Itself

The book is about a boy named Ascian, who is from the future, and, after time-travel shenanigans, finds himself in a past where people are cyborgs, and highly addicted to technology.

At birth, children are upgraded to exchange parts on their brains and bodies with computers and tech.

It's a little creepy, wouldn't you say?
